The most desirable of all Miami Beach addresses,
One Ocean Drive, is home to Penrod's Entertainment
Complex, that has continuously reinvented and
reinvigorated Miami Beach. In 1997 Jack Penrod
the owner of Penrod's, transformed the pool
area into a beautiful garden by the sea and
named it after his youngest daughter Nicole.
Today a beach club lies adjacent to the garden,
modeled after the glamorous beaches of St. Tropez,
France. The creation of endless white sand beaches,
palm trees blowing in the ocean breeze and beautiful
people sipping champagne became an oasis called
Nikki Beach. VIP cabanas and teepees along with
numerous hammocks and bamboo beds, used by sun
bathers and massagers alike, create the relaxed
atmosphere enjoyed by all.
